He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Gentile and Santina Gentile; and his wife Lisa. He is survived by: his children, Thomas of Staten Island and Jennifer of Old Bridge; his nieces and nephews, Alyssa, Paul Salvesen of Shrewsbury, Dominque Blanchard, John Blanchard of Kansas City, KS, Cassandra, Nadine Guthrie of Raleigh, NC, Elijah and Antonio Gentile of Long Branch; and his great-nephews, Zac and Beau of Shrewsbury.
