He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Ann; his parents, Charles and Ida; his siblings, Chester, Paul, Charles, Baby, Doris, Gladys, Betsy and Lillian; and his nephews, Charlie Boy and Butchy.
He is survived by: his children, Rich, Ann and Jim Kurtz; his grandsons, Jimmy and Joey; and his friends, Dugout, Sack O, Subs and Diner. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and countless other relatives and friends.
