He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leonard A. Biggs and Frances M. Biggs; his wife Marilyn D. Biggs; and his children, Susan D'Alesandro (Richard), James L Biggs, Nancy Caffrey (Gene), Timothy M. Biggs and Marianne Panageas (Peter). He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
