He is survived by: his mother Lorraine Lewis of Marmora, NJ; his siblings, Shannon, Jim Rhoades, Chris, Michele and Eric Creamer; his children, Tara, Jena, Anthony and John Creamer; and his granddaughter Jenicka Creamer. He is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, and Nephews.
