He was predeceased by: his parents, Gioacchino Randazzo and Teresa Randazzo. He is survived by: his wife Marianna; his children, Sylvia, Jack (Cynthia) and Joe Jr. (Alyssa); his siblings, Salvatore (Linda), Pietro (Angela) and Gioacchina; his brother-in-law Pete (Cindy); his grandchildren, Isabella, Giuliana, Enzo and Emilia; his nephews, John, Carlo and Mateo; and his niece Violet.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:15 AM. A Mass was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Our Lady of Good Counsel/St Damien Parish.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society to the team "Randazzo's Strides of Strength.".
