She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius Joseph and Margaret Harkins; and her brother Cornelius. She is survived by: her husband Henry Antczak; her children, Steven and Pamela Gavenda (Mike); her grandchildren, Matthew, Kyle, Kevin and Joshua; and her siblings, Barbara, Margaret, Eleanor (Joe), Dennis (Janet), Michael (Patty), Jack (MaryKay) and Kevin (Kathy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
