He is survived by: his spouse Jean "Maude" Sampson; his siblings, Gordon Lorenzo, Georgette Buckley (Mark) and Jackie Cossaboone; his children, Kim McCardell (John), Shelli Endicott (Chris) and Chic Jr. Cossaboone (Amy); his grandchildren, Alex, Cassie, Johnny, Sammy and Nicky McCardell; his children, James (Rebecca), Stephanie, Josh Jackson (Jennifer), Ashley Chattin, Christopher Endicott, Jessie, Katy and Charley Cossaboone; and his great grandchildren, Aaron, Adrian Fernandez, Brayden, Lucas Weaver, Ella Jackson, Amelia, Alayah Scott, Dani Endicott and Adelynn Jackson.
