He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. McGoey and Dorothy McGoey (Abend); his siblings, Mary Garvey and Richard McGoey; and his son-in-law William Andracki.

He is survived by: his wife Delia (Diaz). He is also survived by grandfather attending every one of his grandchildren.
