She was predeceased by: her spouse William Simmons. She is survived by: her children, Karen Agozzino (Stephen) and Barbara Dolan (James); her grandchildren, Lisa Agozzino, Keith Dolan (Jackie) and Jeffrey Dolan (Dawn); and her great grandchildren, Colella, Emma, Lily and Will Dolan.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Violet's name to Samaritan Hospice, 5 Eves Dr., Suite 300, Marlton, NJ 08053.
