He was predeceased by: his wife Marian L. Welsh. He is survived by: his children, John Welsh, Karen Jeffery (Brian), Scott Welsh (Staci) and David Welsh (Nicole); his grandchildren, Christopher Welsh (Holly), Stephanie Wehrman (Brian), Chelsea Donnelly (Daniel), Shayne Welsh (Grace), Sierra Welsh, Devin Welsh, Amanda Welsh, Haylee Welsh and Joseph Brown; his great grandchildren, Francesca and Blake Welsh; and his daughter-in-law Patricia Brown (Gary).
