He was predeceased by: his wife Carmella G. Garofolo; and his sister Sara Coletti (late Angelo). He is survived by: his children, Thomas Garofolo (Carol), John Garofolo (Lisa) and James Garofolo; his grandchildren, Tommy Garofolo, III (Melanie), Nicole Garofolo, Michael Garofolo (Amanda Smyth), Danielle Garofolo-Wixted (Chris) and Jimmy Garofolo; and his siblings, Jim Garofolo, Salvatore Garofolo (late Marie) and Antionette Diorio (Lou). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law.
