He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Baldwin and Mary Baldwin; his wife Susan Baldwin of Virginia; and his sister Donna Buckingham-Bell. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Robert Baldwin and Jeffrey Thomas Baldwin (Erin); and his granddaughters, Abigail Gray and Eleanor Fay Baldwin.
