He is survived by: his brother David Duffy; his daughter Krista Toomin (Duffy); his grandson Joey Toomin; his sisters, Linda, Laurie and Lisa Carrick; his nieces and nephews, Kaitlyn and Taylor Duffy; and also Aubrey Rios. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
