He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rapp and Helen Rapp. He is survived by: his spouse Margaret; his children, Steven Rapp (Tara), Adam Rapp (Ashley), Erica Rapp, Amber Rapp and Austin Rapp; his grandchildren, Jaden, Justin, Ariana, Leejah, Addyson, Riley Rapp, Jaylin, Julian, Natalia, DeSean, Devin and Mason Majette; and his siblings, Patty Butkus, Susan Rapp, Linda Rapp, Bill Rapp and Jeff Rapp.
