He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Melillo and Dorothy Melillo; and his sister Christine Smith. He is survived by: his wife Deadra Melillo; his children, Matt and Grace Melillo; his brother Kenny Melillo; his siblings-in-law, Michael, Lisa Palladino, Mark and Melissa Palladino; his parents-in-law, Tony and Linda Palladino; and his nieces and nephews, Jeffrey Owens, Thomas Owens, Nicole Melillo, Fallon Melillo, Ceiara Panetta (Cody), Alexis Palladino, Michael Palladino, Mark Palladino, Ava Palladino and Konopcylillo.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Steve's memory to the Metastatic Breast Cancer Network, 1481 Thor Drive, Inverness, IL 60067.
