She was predeceased by: her daughter Brittany R. Foulk (Sean Summers). She is survived by: her spouse Layne B. Foulk; her daughters, Brooke A. Foulk and Brielle C. Persichetti (Devon); her sisters, Maria Peterson (Mike Moore) and Monica Berkey (Jeff); her father-in-law Tic Foulk; her sister-in-law Daune Foulk; and her siblings, Diane, Mike Peterson (Donna), Bill Peterson (Lori) and Tommy Peterson (Melizza). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and dear friends.
