She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph M. Marshina Sr. Dear; and her brother Henry Batchelor. She is survived by: her sons, Joseph M. Jr. (Michelle) and William M. (Crystal). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Rose Marie's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (St.Jude.org).
