He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughters, Brenda Schurer (late Stephen) and Sharon Esche (C. Andy); his grandchildren, Amy Hashmi (Alex), Daniel Schurer, Johnathan Schurer, Christian Esche and Thomas Schurer; his siblings, Janice Homan (late Russ), Bill Griffith, Edna Gallagher, Warren Griffith and Joan Wojtaszek; and his brothers-in-law, George Orme (Peggy), William Orme (Pat), Eugene Orme (Sally), Gary Orme (Gina) and Wayne Orme (Kaye).

Due to Covid-19 funeral services will be held at a later date.
