He was predeceased by: his siblings, Theodore Ellis and Dorothy Ann Smith. He is survived by: his spouse Nancy Ford; his parent-in-law William Lutz; and his siblings-in-law, William Lutz, Peter Lutz, Kathy Nickerson and Patti Cook. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
