It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Rusk (Marlton, New Jersey), born in Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on April 4, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Raleigh Minter; her siblings, Louise Land (Charles) and Helen Gray; and her daughter Joann Eisele. She is survived by: her parent Lessie Minter (Collins); her siblings, Jean Redner (Frank) and Raleigh "Ralph" Minter (Mary); her husband Joseph Louis Eisele, Jr.; her sons, Richard Eisele and Joseph Louis Eisele III; her daughter-in-law Deborah Eisele; her grandchildren, Joseph Louis Eisele IV (Stephanie) and Carlee Graver (Eisele); her great grandchildren, Dominic Eisele, Leah June Eisele and Hannah Graver; and also Phyllis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
