He was predeceased by: his spouse S. Josephine "Jo" Raimondo; his grandson Philip J., IV; and his siblings, Adele Scotko, Joseph and James Raimondo.
He is survived by: his children, Philip J. Raimondo, III (Cherie), Barbara Raimondo (Dennis Kirschbaum), Steven Raimondo (Gretchen) and Patricia Raimondo (Craig Heaney); his grandchildren, Joy Raimondo (David Kirchner), Tina Raimondo (Chris Heinrich), Meira Kirschbaum (Jeff Fredrickson), Asher Kirschbaum, Steven Raimondo, Sean Raimondo (Mikaela), C. J. Heaney, Chloe Heaney and Robert Philip Heaney; and his great grandchild Emma. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
