He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Peter Schirmer, IV (Linda), Timothy Schirmer (Dana), Andrea Jensen (David) and Christine Stavash (Jeffrey); his grandchildren, Jeffrey Gove, Peter Schirmer V, Audrey Schirmer, TJ Schirmer, Kaitlyn Schirmer, Emily Carswell (Paul), David Jensen (Makayla), Deborah Jensen, Matthew Jensen, Deborah Ishaya, Nicholas Stavash and Sally Stavash; and his sister MaryAnn LoCasale (Joseph).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the St. Vincent dePaul Society at Holy Eucharist Church at the address listed above.
