She was predeceased by: her husband James Clyde Vaughn; her son Zachary Scott Vaughn; and her siblings, John, Robert, Kathryn Swinehart, Helene Curtin and Eleanor Cherasaro.
She is survived by: her children, Billy Kossmann (Michelle), Patti Gardner (David), Joni Peterson (Larry) and Jessie Vaughn; her daughter-in-law Jaime Vaughn; her grandchildren, Brad Kossmann, Olivia Roe (Kyle), Valerie Kossmann, Jason Lucas (Aria Ingraham), Haley Lucas (Michael Nevinsky), Chuck Pendrak (Jessica Kean), Shawn Peterson (Dani), Nicholas Lapiska, Sally Lapiska, Charlie Patterson, Hannah Vaughn and Brody Vaughn; her great grandchildren, Denver Roe, Annabelle DiPasquale, Samuel Lucas, Emily Lucas, Charlie Pendrak, Walker Pendrak, Evie Peterson and Penny Peterson; her sister Annette DiLeo; and also Annette Vaughn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
