She was predeceased by: her spouse William J. Hoelzel. She is survived by: her children, William Hoelzel and Karen Urban (Greg); her grandchildren, Briana Urban, Kayla Hoelzel, Andrew Urban and Cameron Hoelzel; and her brother Joseph Fiorillo.
