She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Tonella and Ersilia Tonella. She is survived by: her children, Richard A. Pensabene (Tami) of Telford, PA, Cynthia A. Headen (Steve) of Ann Arbor, MI, Ashley Renae and Joshua Cole Headen. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
