She is survived by: her boyfriend Steven Long; her siblings, Bill Hoffman (Marilyn) and Lisa Hoffman (Harry Trucksess); her niece Pamela Sloves (Mike); and her nephews, Keith Hoffman (Tracy), Kenny Hoffman (Christie) and Zachary Wentz.
