He was predeceased by: his father Theo Pagiavlas. He is survived by: his mother Georgia Pagiavlas; his son Theo Pagiavlas; his sister Eleni McKendry (Joe); his nephew Luke; his grandmother Mary T. Pentakis; his aunt Popi Stamatiades; his uncle Peter T. Pentakis; and his cousins, Nicholas Stamatiades, Maria Mikros (George) and Triantafilos Pentakis. He is also survived by relatives and friends.

The family requests in lieu of flowers donations to St. Thomas Greek Orthodox Church Iconography Fund.
