He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas John and Rose Ann Powell (Iatesta); and his sibling Thomas John Powell, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Powell; his granddaughter Marilyn Michelle Powell (Mimi); and his brother Robert Powell of Conyngham, PA. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Given the social restrictions imposed by the pandemic, services will all be private.
