He is survived by: his children, Robin Lefebvre-Ricci (David), Karen Lefebvre, Andrea Lefebvre Kohn (AJ) and Leo C. Lefebvre III (Candace); his grandchildren, Alexander, Asher, Sofia and Leo Cayce; and the mother of his children Nancy Bollman Lefebvre.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to American SIDS Institute, in support of SIDS research.
