She is survived by: her husband Andres Ortiz; her daughters, Lorraine Chadwell, Linda Smith and Lisa Ortiz; her grandchildren, Yvette Ortiz, Natalie Chadwell, Alec Chadwell and Taylor Smith; and her great grandchild Richie Bender.
