She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Brian Worthington and Kathleen Worthington; her brothers, Brian Worthington (Sarah) and Kevin Worthington (Anne-Marie); her nephews, Connor and Brian Worthington, III; her aunts and uncles, Terry Worthington, Michael Axten (Karey), Victor Axten (Nancy), Lori Axten-Smith and Daniel Axten; and her cousins, Alyssa Smith, Stephen Smith (Arianna), Shane Axten, Chris Axten (Rachel), Bo Axten, Stacy Gonzalez (Mike), Melissa Sabo (Mark), Danny Axten, Reagan Axten, Keith Axten and Isaac Axten. She was also cherished by cousins and friends.
