She was predeceased by: her husband Salvatore Giafaglione; and her brothers, Henry, Frank, Joseph, Vito and Sam Alamia.
She is survived by: her children, Angelo Giafaglione (Barbara) and Joann Armitage (Jim); her grandchildren, Stephanie Rehman (Scott), Brian Giafaglione (Marlene) and Thomas Armitage; and her great grandchildren, Shawn, Shannon, Gianni and Milania. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
