He is survived by: his wife Dianne O'Brien; his sons, Joseph O'Brien (Jamie) of Marlton, Michael O'Brien (Bridget) and Robert O'Brien (Jacquelene); his grandchildren, Trey, Chase, Austin, Michael, Delaney, Kaylee, Jameson and Jack; and his siblings, Eileen O'Brien, Denise Nucifora, Timmy O'Brien (Marybeth), Kevin O'Brien (Maryanne) and Pat O'Brien (Colleen).

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to Camden Catholic High School Development Fund for Tuition Assistance -300 Cuthbert Blvd, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002.
