He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia Capeci Beretta; his children, Joseph Michael Beretta (Lillian), Sandra Lynn Wharton (William) and Dina Rae Spuler (Tim); his grandchildren, Angela Patrice Linz (Daniel), Nicole Marie Wharton, Natalie Rae Brown (Adam), Santina Spuler Lynn (Andrew), Gabrielle Fe, Shepherd (Davey), Jessica Dianne Wright (Erik), Patricia Nicole Miner (Brandon) and Joseph Michael Beretta Jr. (Samantha); and his great grandchildren, Isabella Joy Linz, Carter Daniel Linz, William Jackson Linz, Blake Mitchell Brown, Vivian Rae Brown, Alegra Patrice Lynn, Landon Scott Wright, Nova Grace Wright and Taliah Rae Miner.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Joe Beretta Foundation, which was established to provide emergency housing and financial and emotional support to families in crisis from advanced heart failure.
