He was predeceased by: his parents, Ilario Carnuccio and Rose Carnuccio; and his siblings, Dominic, Frank, Albert, Salvatore, Larry, Angie and Rosalie.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his children, Patricia Schmidt (Robert) and John N. Carnuccio, Jr. (Susan); his grandchildren, John Carnuccio, Maren Sabella, Michael Carnuccio, Kayln Chance and Kevin Williams; his great grandchildren, Anna Rose Carnuccio, Joseph Carnuccio, Thomas Carnuccio, Kathryn Carnuccio, Jaclyn Sabella, Gia Sabella, Caleb Klein and Kennedy Frye; and his sisters, Rita and Mary.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
