He is survived by: his son Michael Sha; his daughter-in-law Lana; his grandchildren, Mila and Laila; his former wife Meiling Chou; and his family Meiling.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bradley Funeral Home (601 NJ-73, Marlton, NJ 08053).
