He is survived by: his children, Jerrolyn R. Covely (David) and Trevor Short (Diana); his grandchildren, Zachary, Jake, Maxx Covely, Dalton, Jillian and Braden Short; his siblings, Judy Brinton (Richard) and John Short (Judy); his daughters, Nancy Dame (Rick) and Nannette Barnes (Scott); and his grandchildren, Bria, Remi, Tori, Porter and Logan. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
