He was predeceased by: his parents, James Gavigan and Helen Gavigan; and his sister Lois Gavigan DeGennaro. He is survived by: his wife Rosa-Fe Trevino Gavigan; and his brothers, David and Dennis Gavigan (Kathleen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
