He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Eisenmann and Jacob Eisenmann; and his wife Mary Lou. He is survived by: his children, William Eisenmann (Francine), Joanne Boden (late Dan), Jack R. Eisenmann (Joni), Paul G. Eisenmann (Jackie) and Barbara Toombs (Barry); and his grandchildren, Marc (Stacy), Kevin (Ally), Paul (Rachel), Katheryn (Matt), Bryan (Elizabeth), Stefan (Melissa), Samantha (John) of Andrew, JJ, Jennifer, Justin and Timothy. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Jack's name to the Golden Eagle Community Band, PO Box 774, Mount Holly, NJ 08060.
