She is survived by: her spouse Walt Carter of Philadelphia, PA.; her siblings, Jim Howard (Eleanor), Eugene and Anna Borden (Jake); her children, Mark (Jan Goldman-Carter) of Washington, DC, Lynne Daley (Tom) of Portland and Pat Carter-Sage (Tim Sage) of Marlton, NJ; and her grandchildren, Phil, Nat Carter, Jill, Mel and Morgan Sage. She is also survived by her siblings' spouses as well as her nieces and nephews.
Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, both the viewing and interment are private.
