He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa Chapman (Lind); and his son Michael Chapman (Gayle). He is survived by: his daughters, Therese Festenstine (late John), Linda E. Bodine (John), Kathleen M. Chapman and Patricia A. Viscuso. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
