He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara; his children, Vickie Melson (Jim), Susan McCormick (Frank) and George Semple, III (Lucy); his grandchildren, Katie Melson, Kristie Melson, Erin McCormick Kelly, Kyle McCormick, Shannon McCormick, Andrew Semple, Justin Semple and Megan Semple; and his great grandchildren, Campbell Leslie, Sophie Leslie, Ashley Wells, Quinn Wells, Lilah Zayas and James Kelly III.
