He was predeceased by: his sister Lisa Schaefer (Survived); and his parents, Frederick and Joan. He is survived by: his wife Janet Warner; his children, Vanessa Warner and Frederick Warner; his brothers, Dr. Erik Warner (Pell) and Dr. Matthew Warner (Jennifer); his nieces, Lisa Ann Schaefer, Callie Warner and Ella Warner; his pet Winnie; and his siblings-in-law, Susan Serubo, Gary Zatkins, Karen Zatkins-Marcen and Ron Marcen.
