He is survived by: his wife Rose Ann Capone; his children, Tom Capone (Karen), Michelle Cook and Mark Fenkner; and his grandchildren, Steven Capone, Jr., Amanda Bakley, Maria Chance, Daniel Bakley, Jennifer Bays, John Capone, Carmen Cook and Evangeline Martin. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
