She is survived by: her daughter Eileen Flak; her daughter-in-law Arlene Kelly; her grandchildren, Lauren, Michael Slavik, Brian and Adriana Kelly; and her great grandchildren, Riley, Abby, Michael Slavik and Luca Kelly.
