He was predeceased by: his sister Annette Solebello (Lynn). He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Tobin Alan Butler (Cristin) and Melanie Johnson (Bret); his grandchildren, Kayla Johnson, Victoria Butler and Zachary Johnson; and his sisters, Elaine Jaffin (Bob) and Jeanne Brigham (Bill). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and many beloved family and friends.
