He is survived by: his spouse Phyllis; his children, Tom High, Clinton Jay High Jr. (Angelle), Vicki High and Denise Conley (Brent); his grandchildren, Jamie, Tom, Samantha, Dominic, Landon, Micah, Rebekah, Anna, Shane and Amber; and his sister Janet Lehmann.
