He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Kathleen Kulas; his child Charles Bay; his grandchildren, Stosh Bangs, Nicole Bay, Jessica Brilla (Mills) and Meagan Mills; his siblings, Florence Lesniak, Lorraine Spulick, Delores Groczewski, Robert Kulas and Patty Huniston; and also Edwin Kulas.
