He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Howard and Mary Howard; his wife Janet Howard; his daughter Adrianne Howard; and his sister Charlotte Chesney (late Anthony).
He is survived by: his children, Charles Howard, III (Cathy) and Dale Howard (Debra); his brother Norman Howard; his grandchildren, Christie Conn (Michael), Scott Howard (Riley) and Christopher Howard; and his great grandchildren, Michael and Makayla.
