She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Harvey Hildebrand; her daughters, Barbara Martinelli (John) and Cheryl Kirkbride (Mike); her grandchildren, Lauren, Clay, Austin and Ryan; and her grandparent Holmead.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, donations may be made in Carolee's memory to American Cancer Society.
